What a wonderful Sports Day we’ve had! A huge well done to all of our children for taking part with such enthusiasm, energy and smiles from start to finish. It was brilliant to see so many children giving their best effort, cheering each other on and enjoying the day together.
We would also like to extend a special congratulations to the parents’ race winners — what a great way to join in the fun and show that sports day is for everyone! Your encouragement and good humour added even more excitement to the event.
A big thank you, too, to our amazing colour run organisers Healthy Kidz. The event was a real highlight of the day, and it was lovely to see the children enjoying themselves so much while taking part in such a lively and memorable activity. (we're sorry about the mess!)
Most importantly, we were so impressed by the excellent sportsmanship shown by all. The children were kind, respectful and supportive of one another, which made us incredibly proud. Winning is always lovely, but the way our pupils encouraged others and took part with such a positive attitude was just as important.
Thank you as well to all the staff who worked so hard behind the scenes to organise everything so carefully. Your time, energy and teamwork helped make the day such a success. We are also very grateful to McCourt's for hosting us and helping to provide such a fantastic setting for our sports day celebrations.
