It was great to see so many pictures of children wearing their clothes Inside Out this week! It's a really effective way of demonstrating to children the importance of how we feel on the inside. I hope we all took the opportunity this week to talk about our mental health with the children, if we can have the conversation at this young age it will make it much easier for our children in the future.
