Hi Everyone!
Over the last few weeks, our role play area has transformed into 'Glendermott Stores'. The boys and girls really got into the role of shopkeepers and customers. They worked on their listening skills and prepositional language. They used mathematical language to describe what they wanted such as 'how many and what size'. The shopkeeper touch counted out the number of items in the customers basket and then the customer had to find the corresponding numicon/bottle tops to pay for their shopping.
